As the founder of Centre North Mental Health, I am driven by a profound commitment to enhancing mental well-being and fostering resilience within our community. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their emotions, thoughts, and challenges through counselling and therapy.

My approach is client-centered, emphasizing empathy, empowerment, and resilience. I believe that every person has the potential to heal and grow, and I strive to create a safe space for clients to explore their experiences. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients, helping them develop coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and build healthier relationships. Whether you are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I am here to listen, support, and guide you on your path to well-being.

My related, educational background includes a MA Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, Newbrunswick and, MASc. Degree in Health and Society from Linkoping University, Sweden. I am a husband and father to three lovely children. My hobbies include reading, travelling (road trips), music, soccer, basketball and hiking.

Outside of the clinical setting, I am actively involved in land development. This venture allows me to combine my passion for community building with my business skills, creating spaces that enhance the quality of life for individuals and families. I understand the importance of mental well-being in all aspects of life, including the environment we live in.

My dual focus on mental health and business informs my holistic approach to therapy. I recognize that mental health is interconnected with various life domains, and I aim to support my clients not only in their emotional well-being but also in achieving their personal and professional goals.

If you are looking for a compassionate practitioner who understands the complexities of both mental health and the business world, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can work towards your healing and success in many areas of your life.
